Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha

I work for a very well known coffee shop. Today, I had this obnoxious customer at the front of a very long line. “I have a couple questions,” says the lady very rudely. “Of course, what can I help you with,” I say with a fake smile. “Well, what is this peppermint white chocolate mocha?” “It is a white chocolate mocha that has peppermint added to it.” “So it is the same thing as a white chocolate mocha?” This may take a while. “Yes, it is a white chocolate mocha, but it has peppermint added to it.” “So it is still a white chocolate mocha?” At this point I don’t know how to answer without sounding like a jerk. “Yes. But there is peppermint added to it.” I look out and see all of the other people in line getting angry. I think I see some pitchforks and torches raised, but then realize I have just had way too much caffeine. “Ok, so basically I am getting a white chocolate mocha that has peppermint added to it.” Eureka! “Yup, that is correct. Would you like one?” “I will try it, but can you hold the peppermint?” The caffeine starved people behind her go into a frenzy, this is going to be a rough shift.
