I was sitting at the bar today talking to the bartender when a drunk couple came stumbling in. The bartender rolls his eyes and goes over and greets them. “What can I get you guys?” They order two Flaming Dr. Peppers which they take down with ease, and then proceed to be obnoxious. “Hey they have drink specials!” exclaimed the drunk chick. “A Jalapeno Martini? That sounds good. It isn’t spicy is it? I hate spicy stuff.” The bartender looked like he wanted to die. Wait, is it a Jalapeno Martini? Probably spicy bitch!!

You’re allowed to serve alcohol to people who are already “stumbling drunk?” In Texas, you can get fired on the spot for that.
