We have condensed many of our most popular stories into an edited e-book!!! Huzzah!!! We’d like to thank all the servers and industry professionals who have taken the time to share their stories, without you this book (and website) would not be possible. If you have every cleared a plate or worked a line this is dedicated to you.

Hello Blair,
This is the Steve DiGioia, formerly the Banquet Manager from the blog “So You Want to Be a Banquet Manager”. I hope you are well old friend. Even though I have stopped writing on that blog, I haven’t gotten out of the business. It’s in my blood as they say.
I just finished writing a book entitled “Earn More Tips On Your Very Next Shift…Even If You’re a Bad Waiter. I see you have written a book as well, that’s great and all the best to you!
This book has a different take on this well traveled subject. I focus on ways a waiter, or bartender, etc, can make bigger tips and raise the level of customer service at his or her property at the same time. I’ve been doing this for 25+ years so it was time for me to throw my hat in the book writing ring
I have always appreciated the support you have given me and hope I can ask one additional favor of you.
Would you be kind enough to place a link to my book’s website on your site, in the hopes that some of your viewers will learn about my book? And hopefully, if they are a waiter, they can increase their tips as well.
The website address is:
http://earnmoretipsonyourverynextshift.blogspot.com
If you’re not interested, that’s ok but I do appreciate the effort. Thank you in advance, either way.
P.S. I’d be happy to promote your book as well.
Sincerely,
Steve DiGioia
The “Banquet Manager”
